The song cycle Canciones de la Natividad Latina, was unfinished. Montsalvatge wrote three songs for this cycle: Desecha de romance que cantaron los seraphines, Oraçao and D'oració de temps. The first two were released, but the third was not. The composer arranged the latter for voice and instrumental ensemble for the work Cinco Invocaciones al Crucificado.
